The Wildflower Park Subdivision

The Wildflower Park subdivision was originally designed back in 1998 as a neighborhood with quick access to downtown for young professionals. The two builders in this subdivision are Streetman Homes and Wilshire Homes, both of which are highly desirable custom home builders. Located at the end of Lacrosse Avenue and just across the street from the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center, this beautiful neighborhood is surrounded by greenbelts and countryside. Right behind the subdivision is the 3.1 mile, Lance Armstrong designed veloway for cyclists and rollerblading for easy exercise access for residents and the public. This neighborhood goes to Kiker elementary school and is a quick walk from these homes. Home sizes are anywhere from 1250 square feet to 3000~ square feet. There is a park right in the middle of the subdivision where you may find adult’s exercise classes in the mornings, mother’s-day-out and a children's playground. Call John for more information!
