The Muirfield subdivision was started in 2004 as a luxury subdivision with many of the homesites bordering along the Grey Rock golf course or backing to permanent greenbelt lands to the west. The two builders in Muirfield are David Weekly homes and Fedrick Harris homes. Fedrick Harris were the high-end Newmark model home floorplans. The David Weekly homes were the Jimmy Rado (hi-end) luxury model home floor plans. Sizes range from 2850 square feet all the way to 4800 square feet in this subdivision. These two builders were among some of the best in Circle C Ranch history as far as quality of build and design. They were picked as the two builders to construct the first homes on the Grey Rock golf course.
