These 2 sister neighborhoods in Circle C Ranch are right off Slaughter Lane and Barstow Drive near Circle C North. Construction was started in 2013 and went through 2015~ with these 2 little neighborhoods. Streetman homes, Standard Pacific and a custom home builder built these 2 subdivisions and Barstow Village is gated.
