Vintage Place Subdivision

Clark Wilson homes started construction in 2001 in Vintage Place in Circle C Ranch. After 2 years they sold out to Capital Pacific homes who built out the rest of the subdivision by 2009. They decided to construct the home in a Hardy- plank masonry akin to what you would find on the East Coast of United States. A “Cape Cod” type of design was what they were intending for the area. The area is bordered by Barstow Lane, Slaughter Lane and Escarpment Blvd. It is a private little neighborhood just North of Slaughter Lane with many greenbelt and cul-de-sac home lots. Floor plans range from 2650 square feet up to nearly 4700 square feet. Homeowners enjoy this area as it has quick access to 1826 and Mopac to the downtown area, as well as it is located next to nearby restaurants, movie theaters and a grocery store.
