Park Place Subdivision

The Park Place subdivision started construction in 2003 and was completed in roughly 2006 with all the homes being built by Capital Pacific Homes. This quaint little subdivision of Circle C Ranch is bordered by Slaughter Lane, Beckett Lane and the H.E.B. grocery market. To the rear is a greenbelt easement behind many of the homes. Most of the plans are from 1800~ square feet to approximately 2850~ sq. ft. The homes are beautiful, as the builder was very creative with many stone and stucco mixes throughout the subdivision. People living here have immediate access to the Mopac freeway and downtown Austin is just 10 minutes away.
