Park West Subdivision

Park West was originally designed as a low-maintenance, zero lot-line retirement community for parents of adult children living in Circle C Ranch. It is a gated subdivision of homes characterized by their red, barrel-tile roofs and white, French-slurry style masonry. At the first gate and to the right are the true custom homes which are generally smaller and have shared driveways. Hammonds and Wilshire Home builders came in and fmished the rest of the lots from the left of the first gate to the end of the subdivision, past the second gate. John Squires built the first two custom homes, starting the subdivision in 1997 and it was finished in roughly 2007. Sizes are from 1450 sq. ft. all the way to 3400~ sq. ft. Young couples also enjoy the privacy of the gates and have decided it is a great place in Circle C to raise their children. The neighborhood has quick access to the neighborhood Olympic pool and Kiker elementary. The neighborhood is bordered by La Crosse Blvd and permanent greenbelt parkland behind many of the homes in the subdivision. There are 2 HOA's in the subdivision and front lawn maintenance is included. Contact John For more information on this great little area.
