Village Place

The Village Place subdivision is right off of Spruce Canyon and Highway 45 the back of Circle C Ranch. Village Place starts with the Village home model plans on the left and continues around through the neighborhood down Tanaqua to Maelin and including Larue Belle. This neighborhood is the 'other' entrance into the 'Wood Trace' neighborhood, as they combine their streets and builders. The builders are Village Homes, Streetman Homes and Plantation Homes. The Plantation Homes are more prevalent on the street directly across from the Tanaqua Lane entrance. That street is Magenta Lane and it extends back into Viridian lane, Coalwood, Bastian Cove, etc. Hammonds Homes also built back in that specific area of Circle C West. Give John a shout for more info.
