Circle C Ranch North Subdivision

Home construction began in 1994 in Circle C Ranch North and continued throughout the year 2003~. The builders in Circle C Ranch North are Streetman Homes, Clark Wilson Homes and Doyle Wilson Homes. Originally designed for young couples just starting out, the floor plans are from 1250 square feet to approximately 2800 square feet. This neighborhood is located just off of Slaughter Lane and Barstow Drive. Right next door is the newer Goryzycki middle school, that is the top middle school for the area and services the entire neighborhood of Circle C Ranch. Homeowners love the access of Slaughter Lane to 1826 to Hwy 290 or Mopac for quick access into downtown Austin. Shopping, restaurants, theaters, Starbucks and grocery stores are all within a quick walk.
