Original Founding Streets

Original Circle C Ranch is the very heart of the community centered around the olympic pool and Kiker elementary school. Some of the bordering streets are Needham Lane, Dedham Lane, Old Harbor, Redmond Road, Ginita, Londonshire, Pinkney, Roxbury and Escarpment, etc. Home sizes are from 2350 square feet to 3800 square feet. Many home builders started Circle C Ranch back in 1987-88. Scott Felder, Newmark Homes, David Weekley, Siemering Thomas, Doyle Wilson, Clark Wilson just to name a few in this original area. Ages of these homes fall between 1987 and 1993~. Many buyers prefer this area due to the proximity to Kiker elementary, the neighborhood pool and quick access to the exit of Circle C Ranch.
