Avana / Esquel Subdivision

The Avana/Esquel subdivision of Circle C Ranch is located just South of Hwy 45 along Escarpment Blvd. Avana Is bordered by a large, independent cattle ranch on one side and the Circle C Grey Rock golf course on the other. Home construction started in 2010 and is continuing today. The builders in Avana are Standard Pacific homes, Cal-Atlantic homes and Lennar homes. New home construction should end in the year 2022~. The brand new and stunning Southwest elementary school shall be completed in the fall of 2020.
